Gareth is a hi-tech entrepreneur with a passion for the Talent Management, Internet & Recruitment Industries. He has a vision of where the recruitment and talent management industries are heading, and the important part new social media technologies and the Internet will play in the way people search and recruit for jobs in the global online world.
Gareth has been involved in several Internet start-ups, most notably where he launched and was the Australian CEO of the ISP/Telco IHUG for 8 yrs.
Gareth has a solid background in IT & Telecommunications, Online Marketing, Online Services and consults in online strategy, social media, employer branding, SEO, talent sourcing and recruitment & retention. Gareth is responsible for the marketing / branding and running the "back-end" of BUZZ.
Ben is a foundation member of BUZZ, a Director and head of the Hospitality, Tourism and Travel Divisions.
Ben has consistently been the top performing Hospitality, Tourism and Travel recruiter in New Zealand and works with the countries top establishments and hotel chains.
Ben studied at the Sir George Seymour Travel & Tourism College and has worked solely in Hospitality and Travel including managing one of Christchurch’s top restaurants.
Like the other BUZZ Directors Ben has spent time living and working overseas. Ben found his calling for recruitment working for years in the competitive UK market.
An out of the box recruiting innovator, Ben is known for his working relationships with leadership and his experience in niche searches.
